Edexcel's Effective Behaviours for Work ("EBW") suite of qualifications certificate the development of 21st century skills training from teenage to postgraduate level.

These are brand new programmes that measure and certificate behavioural learning; preparing young people for the work place as well as providing a global gold standard for soft skills training in companies. So they are also incredibly useful for middle and senior management.
