So, what will I get out of this course?
Now, more than ever, employers value generic 'people' skills and personal qualities that complement the technical skills and knowledge of employees and job candidates. Trainers and teachers seeking to meet the demand for 'soft' skills training know that all of this requires a new pedagogy. If you're developing personal skills and qualities in others, experiential learning is pivotal.
This programme addresses the need for that effective and innovative pedagogy. Your learners don't just need to learn how to work well in a team, they need far stronger self-awareness to build key personal competences. We encourage you to try out all sorts of experiential methodologies including things like comedy improv and singing that supports this kind of learning.
You'll be equipped with skills and understanding you can apply immediately to your own training environment.
